Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Montana Road Restore LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By requesting a quote, scheduling work, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Montana Road Restore LLC provides gravel driveway grading, road grading, repair, and related services.

All services are performed based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection and agreement.

2. Estimates and Quotes
  • Quotes are based on the information available at the time of evaluation.

  • Final pricing may change if site conditions differ from what was initially observed.

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time and may be subject to change.

3. Site Conditions

Customer is responsible for:

  • Ensuring reasonable access to the work area.

  • Identifying and marking any underground utilities, pipes, wires, or hazards.

  • Removing vehicles, obstacles, or personal property from the work area.

  • Montana Road Restore LLC is not responsible for damage to unmarked or hidden items.

4. Payment Terms
  • Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to work beginning.

  • A deposit may be required for certain jobs.

  • Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

5. Scheduling and Delays
  • Work schedules are subject to weather, ground conditions, and equipment availability.

  • Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

  • We will communicate scheduling changes as needed.

6. Work Results and Expectations
  • Gravel driveway work is affected by weather, traffic, and natural conditions.

  • While we aim for durable, high-quality results, no guarantee is made that surfaces will remain unchanged over time.

  • Routine maintenance may be required.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Montana Road Restore LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor soil, drainage issues, or factors beyond our control.

8. Property Damage

We take reasonable care while performing services. However:

  • Minor surface disturbance is a normal part of grading work.

  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, landscaping, irrigation systems, or structures within the work area.

9. Cancellations
  • Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on circumstances.

10. Changes to Scope of Work

Any additional work requested beyond the original scope may result in additional charges and must be agreed upon before proceeding.
